HOPPELGANGER (Dry Hopped Pilsner) 4x 355ml (5.0%25 ABV)
Crisp and easy-drinking, this is our modern update on a classic old-world style. Hoppelganger begins with a 100% pilsner malt base to give it a light body and bright straw hue. Notes of lychee, lemongrass, and subtle floral aromatics come from the addition of our two favourite New Zealand hops, Motueka and Pacifica. Fermentation with Ontario-based Escarpment Labs lager yeast grants a pleasantly dry finish and effervescent carbonation. This New England IPA features a pairing of Sabro and Mosaic hops, backed up by the style's characteristic hazy appearance and juicy tropical aromas. Great vibe at this brewery ! Although completely enclosed, the “outdoor” patio was a little chilly in December so make sure you dress warmly. Smash Burger with fries was delicious and a good size portion. The crispy chicken sandwich was very large, a little too greasy and difficult to eat without it completely falling apart. Service was terrific - great place to hang with a group. Very noisy (but that’s part of the charm) so don’t expect to have a quiet conversation...

I came here and had an amazing time. The service, food and ambiance was incredible. I ordered the Carbonara and it made my night! I wasn't expecting to be wowed at a brewery, even the bathrooms were spotless.

Generally love Bandit and have been a long time customer. However, its been closed for private events almost every time I've tried to go this year. I've just stopped making plans to go.
