Bar Banane is a cozy date spot with a friendly and conversational staff. The drink menu is delightful, particularly the strawberry cocktail that doesn't taste like tequila. While the food menu doesn't quite match the quality of its sister restaurant, La Banane, it offers an interesting tasting menu of small bites like duck confit by the pair and savoury churros with addictive pimento cheese spread. The presentation is top-notch. The cocktails are well balanced and not too sweet, with unique options like the Ctrl + shift + n and an incredible pb &j flavored drink. Although the drinks have a great reputation, it's best to manage expectations. Bar Banane is an excellent choice for a night out with friends, offering delicious cocktails, a pleasant ambiance, and fantastic food. It's a great option for trying a variety of canapés.
