Terroni Bar Centrale has a great neighborhood feel. The cappuccino was excellent—small, but that’s exactly how it’s served in Italy, which I appreciated. The space itself is inviting, and the overall vibe made it clear this is a place locals truly consider their bar. I wish there were more spots like this throughout Toronto.
Such a great brunch!! I’ve never had such good scrambled eggs with the Uova al Tartufo. It was incredible! We got the parfait as well which was light and delicious. The French toast was a bit small. I would have preferred either three piece of the small bread slices or larger piece, it wasn’t enough for the price compared to a lot of other good quality brunches in the city that offer better portion sizes without lacking quality. That is the only thing making the a 4 star instead...
Shocked at the poor reviews I see here, felt the need to speak up. My wife and I go to Bar Centrale at least once a month for brunch, dinner, drinks, as a couple, with other friends. I have brought many out of town business guests here too. Food is great, never had the same glass of wine twice, service is exceptional and the place has a great vibe. Who wrote these negative reviews? Can't believe it.
