Had the omasake and overall it was good but like a 7/10 good. Presentation was nice. Service was good. The restaurant was incredibly hot and they did turn on fans but it was a bit annoying to deal with. They also kept shuffling and moving the table beside us which was annoying. Fun but not somewhere I’d be back.
I don’t give low scores lightly, but I feel compelled to be honest about our experience. While the food presentation was excellent, the dropped dish and the overall service fell short of what I’d expect from a premium establishment. We spent over $200 per person, and although we left full, the experience didn’t reflect the value we anticipated. We came for something special, and unfortunately, the quality of both the food and service didn’t quite meet that expectation.
The food was very good. Went with friends, our server Alex was so welcoming and suggested us good food and drink options. Definitely would go again, new favourite restaurant in town!
