Great buck a shuck deal at Bar Hop, and so excited that we got to enjoy some yummy oysters and drinks! The vibe was perfect, as the music was not too loud, and our hostess checked in on us a couple of times to ensure we were having a good time!

Great selection of craft beer and some delicious food to go with it. The bone marrow and Ruben sandwich were brilliant

I had a jumbo pretzel and a couple of drinks. Friendly staff and solid food. Just a little slow to get service and the bill at times, but it was somewhat busy.

Our go to neighborhood bar. The food is exceptional, one of our favorite items on the menu is the Wonton Nachos! Trust me, order it once and you’ll get hooked on it! The beer selection is amazing, waiters are very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a lowkey place for a date, game, Sunday lunch, happy hour, and basically everything! 100% recommend!

We had a small get together at this place. The drinks were reasonably priced and the venue was warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Found this little spot while searching for a good hazy IPA, and it did not disappoint! It’s a small, intimate bar with a simple layout—perfect for a quick meal or a relaxed hangout with friends.

The IPAs were some of the best I’ve had in Toronto so far. We ordered wings and fries, both of which were delicious. A perfect spot for great beer, tasty food, and laid-back vibes and good service

So visited this joint last nite and placing dinner order with 2 other friends. We’ve been here a few times and mostly polite servers…but today server on patio seemed disheveled and on substances. Very terse and abrupt taking our order..something was off with this dude. As I give my order to him I’m doing a quick insulin shot for my diabetes..instead of asking me what I’m doing and being courteous he exclaims ‘that looks like a detonator what you doing dude’, I calmly explained it’s an insulin pen for medications..no apologies just a grumpy ok. I’m a medical professional who is south Asian born in Canada for over 50yrs so I know what this is…I calmly told him he has quite a creative imagination tonite. For the reminder of the evening he seemed to avoid me and I’m not saying he needs to kiss my ass but full on avoidance. I’m hoping ownership sees this and can speak to this ignorant individual. My friends and I have been here many times but won’t be returning as there are many other options in the area.

Great spot to stop for a beer or cocktail, the food looked good but didn't have a chance to eat.

They were serving $1 oysters when I was there, that was a bit hit with the crowd.

Super appreciative of the awesome and very kind bartender making sure I (30F) felt comfortable with a situation with one of the other patrons. He followed me out to the street to make sure I was ok! Aside from that, awesome service, fair prices, and great atmosphere! Cool spot to hit after a Blue Jays game.

Can’t think of a better bar in the area. Was served by Will. Couldn’t have been nicer & accommodating. Try the smash burger if you’re hungry. Cheers!

Bar Hop in Toronto is a small and intimate bar with a simple and no-fuss setup, making it an easy spot to stop for a quick drink on a weeknight. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, which works well if you’re just looking for somewhere low-key to unwind. It’s not fancy or over the top, but that’s part of its charm, and it does exactly what you’d want from a neighbourhood bar.
