I grew up Italian. This is the best Carbonara I have ever had. Tiramisu was outstanding. Delicious calamari. Authentic, delicious, and wonderful service. Special treat was a visit from Nonna to check on us. We cannot wait to return!

I've yet to try this place in the evening, but in the daytime, you order from the counter. The pizza is tasty and there is a good selection of interesting drinks.
It's amazing there, Is no line out the door here, Every single night.
Stop in, and eat up, Nona knows just what you need, Best pizza, hands down.

Bar Mercurio is an absolute gem. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a meal more in my life. The Napoli sourdough pizza for mains and tiramisu for dessert was nothing short of divine. The angels were singing with every mouthful. By the grace of god be seated and experience this slice of heaven.

Wonderful little Italian restaurant super close to St George Subway on Bloor St. I don’t recommend going without a reservation.
I ordered a gf pizza made with pesto and mushrooms. The owner came to make sure I was getting something that worked for me as I had asked for gf, no dairy and no tomato.
Tough call in a an Italian place but as I can tolerate Parmesan the pesto was amazing.
The pizza was piping hot and delicious
Too bad they have no sorbet. Dessert is limited to two items: tiramisu and a cookie.
I would go back knowing the limitations. The ambience is amazing and it’s obviously a very popular spot.
