Lovely, candle-lit, intimate wine bar in Ossington. Decent selection of orange wines and the small plates remind me of the bistros/wine bars in Paris/London. Great place to catchup with friends!
It is a great quiet place for friends catch up. Not pretentious. Wine was good . Like the glass of Cava too. I read reviews about the duck crostini so I decided to try it. It was amazing. My friend and I also had a fondue. It was ok . It had cheese of course with potatoes, apples and raddish. The overall service and experience was great. Having snacks and few glasses of wine there are perfect.
Bar Piquette is a great cozy spot for small plates and good wine. Although I didn’t get a photo of it their duck crostinis are ABSOLUTELY DIVINE. Smoked trout dip was delicious! The ambience is perfect for a whimsical or romantic night out if you want to start light with drinks and apps. Definitely recommend.
