We walked into this place last night during the Little Italy fest because the music sounded great. Came with a group of people and told the bartender we wanted to grab a bottle. She asked us which bottle and then told us that it would be 250 and asked us to grab a seat at a booth of our choice and that she'll bring everything over. When she brought the machine to our table so my boyfriend could pay, the amount was charged at 295. She just handed it to him without disclosing there was already an 18 percent gratuity added to the bill. He tipped her 20% as he always does to everyone. It came up to 345 and i saw the machine and stopped him to ask why it was so high (almost a hundred dollars more that what we were told). The numbers weren't adding up and he wasn't really paying attention or too shy to ask how it was calculated. He then asked her and she tried to play stupid and didn't tell him in advance or explain what just happened. He didnt want to be rude so he ended up making the payment and then I called it out and she just played stupid and then told us AFTER THE FACT 'there was 18 percent gratuity' and started apologizing.
Its not just about the extra 50 bucks, its about the principle. I was in the service industry for a long time and you have to disclose to your tables that there's already gratuity added to the bill. They can decide whether they want to tip you on top of gratuity or not. She basically hustled my boyfriend into a 95 dollar tip. For what??
Super unprofessional and sneaky. Really annoyed that she took advantage of an opportunity and drunk patrons.

Tried this new spot because a friend had told me they just opened this week and I’m glad I did. I was so pleasantly surprised! The interior is beautiful, and the servers were so nice and helpful.
My favourite items were the Wagyu Tacos, Brussel Sprouts, and Bread & Tallow Butter. The cocktails were also beautiful and meticulously crafted.
Can’t wait to see what this new place has in store for the future! Will be back.

Came here for an after work drink and some food and it did not disappoint! The food portions were perfect for sharing and were very flavourful. Service was friendly and fast — I will be back!
