Employee was the best! She gave me perfect BBOX! Everything was fresh. However, I felt bad for the employee. In such busy store there should be 2 employees. She has multiple Uber orders and also customers were waiting in line. If you have to do cost cutting then make sure the owner is present to help the employee in case it gets busy. I also gave tip please make sure it goes to employee.

The food is amazing, me and my husband have gotten food from them with friends many times, never had a problem until tonight unfortunately, i ordered for a pick up from uber eats with a promo of buy one get one for free. I guess the promo did not work because when i sent my husband to pick it up he called me and said the lady there only handed him one bbox instead of two, and when he tried to explain that to her, she just dismissed him completely ( I was on the phone with him) so i decided to hang up and call the restaurant when i called i explained to her the situation she told me okay wait, and then told my husband to leave or she will call the police which was very unnecessary my husband was calm the whole time (please review your restaurant camera if needed) and then she hung up the phone on me without saying goodbye or coming back to the conversation. again i should mention the food is fire and good all the time, the service, the understanding of the staff was absolutely terrible. I enjoyed the restaurant however i wont be getting my food here because of this experience that we went through tonight, ( attached photo is a screenshot of the promo and a photo of a box I have gotten before from the restaurant which looks awesome )

Not an insanely horrible experience but by far my worst one at a Bar Burrito. The servers decided to let 2 other men order before my girlfriend after taking my order. We came together and ordered together. 10 minutes after my order was complete, they finally decided to start making hers. They served 3 other guests who came after us before finally making her burrito.
Not only that, but the serving sizes are incredibly cheap compared to every other bar burrito I went to. Toppings were just randomly thrown on top of the tacos and not actually placed I side them. I received a small half handful of chips to go with my tacos where as every other bar burrito I went to gives you a decent amount in a separate bag.
All I. All, the care here is minimal. The service was borderline insulting and the portions were cheap. I love bar burrito but I will absolutely never come back to this location
