I used to love this place, I hadn’t been in awhile but I came here today during lunch and there was just one poor girl working who had to do all the in person orders and fulfill the delivery orders, too much for one person so it took longer than it used to but wasn’t her fault. There always used to be two people working so they seem understaffed now. Also the quality seems to have diminished, the lettuce looked a bit old so hopefully they make a come back soon

This was hands down the worst barburrito I’ve ever been to. I walked in and both employees were sitting down on their phones. I ordered a chicken burrito and and a veggie ground for my girlfriend. They gave us half a scoop of meat each, and they scraped the bottom of the container for the veggie ground, to which I had to ask them to make some fresh. No one wants stale food and the fact there was no chicken or veggie ground available is ridiculous, considering they were chillin till we walked in. On top of that, the burritos were wrapped so poorly, as I was eating, it unwrapped and just such a bad experience overall. I recommend barburrito, it’s a great place to grab burritos or bowls but don’t come to this location. The place looks like crap, the staff clearly don’t wanna be there, and the service and preparation is abysmal.

Specially Jaydeep who helped me with the food selection and was helping me very patiently and with smile on his face. Definitely changed in good way after the change of management. I recently visited this restaurant after hearing they were under new management, and I have to say, the change is fantastic! The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. The tacos were fresh with generous fillings, and the salsa had just the right amount of spice.
