The food is amazing, me and my husband have gotten food from them with friends many times, never had a problem until tonight unfortunately, i ordered for a pick up from uber eats with a promo of buy one get one for free. I guess the promo did not work because when i sent my husband to pick it up he called me and said the lady there only handed him one bbox instead of two, and when he tried to explain that to her, she just dismissed him completely ( I was on the phone with him)...
I used to love this place, I hadn’t been in awhile but I came here today during lunch and there was just one poor girl working who had to do all the in person orders and fulfill the delivery orders, too much for one person so it took longer than it used to but wasn’t her fault. There always used to be two people working so they seem understaffed now. Also the quality seems to have diminished, the lettuce looked a bit old so hopefully they make a come back soon
Best food and best bar burrito location. Excellent customer service, very neat and clean store. The new manager is very amazing and has good customer service skills. Quality food you can expect from this location
