Had a terrible experience yesterday.We ate burrito there and paid everything.Once we were done, I went to ask for a 1 napkin and 1 fork,the girl with specs at the counter said, it's usually 25 cents.I mean what? You just served us a burrito few mins ago and you telling us to pay extra for napkins? I don't think anywhere else in canada is charged extra for napkins. Be more customer service oriented.Management needs to provide proper training to their employees.

I’ve been here 3x in the past month. Today I needed a fork but they wanted to charge me since I wasn’t a customer today. I will still be at this hospital for the next 4 months. I will not be going back. This is how you lose customers ?. Instead, another place will be gaining my business for the next 4 months. Cheers!

Being a big fan of BarBuritto franchise, I completely got dissatisfied with the service i received at this branch. I went to the branch on April/05/24. The guy working there completely messed up my order with wrong proteins. Also he acted like he is most busiest person in the whole world with zero customer service and 1000% of attitude. I would never suggest this burrito shop to anyone else.
