This was the first time in a while that I'd been to Bardi's for the lunch, the occasion being a lunch with my son. We both had the 12 ounce New York striploin with fries. The steaks were cooked to order and were delicious. Neither of us were drinking and the fact that we both had to get back to work made dessert nothing more than coffee. Were looking for a last minute place to go for a nicer dinner that was within walking distance to our hotel. Had always heard good things about Bardi's and decided to give it a try and we're not disappointed. Staff were friendly and attentive and food was great. So happy there was not a hockey or basketball game because I know they are packed on those nights being so close to the arena. Were able to have a nice, quiet, non rushed meal. As per usual, and very reliable high end steak restaurant. The service is professional and every customer is treated discreetly. The steaks are always cooked perfectly and their wine list is extensive . It is my go to prior to a hockey game.  It is not inexpensive, but for an exclusive Restaurant steps to the Scotia Bank , you won't find anything comparable .
