I’ve been a long time customer at this location since it opened and have always experienced wonderful and respectful service by the staff. However, today I came in with my friends and had a very unpleasant and unwelcoming experience with one of your staff members. We have always grabbed a table first and then go up to order shortly as we wanted to make sure we had a place to sit while we enjoy our drinks. We have never had any issues with it until today. While we were sitting and deciding what to order, one of your staff came up and rudely said “are you going to order or not”. We responded to her that we still needed some time to decide what to order and will go up shortly. Even after reassuring her we are going to order, she aggressively said that these tables are for paying customers only, you need to order and shoved the menu to us. We completely understand the policy of buying a drink to continue sitting and we had full intentions on ordering. There are many kinder ways to confirm if someone is planning to order and it’s unacceptable to talk to customers in this manner, especially when they have confirmed they will be ordering shortly. After this uncomfortable situation, we couldn’t justify staying and unfortunately decided to leave to another place. We are deeply disappointed, and are hoping there will be some changes so that no one has to experience the same or similar thing as us.

From what we recall it was MAX 15 minutes. But regardless, we sincerely apologize for taking longer than expected to order. To reiterate we completely understand the policy and business practice. We are not disagreeing with that. What we DO NOT understand is the hostility and aggression spoken to us. This was her FIRST time coming up to us and interacting. There was no need to speak to anyone that way, especially when we did not refuse or put up a fight to order, and we confirmed we will be ordering. Even after GIVING A CLEAR ANSWER and confirmation, your employee pushed the menu to us and demanded aggressively. She could have kindly explained the policy to us and let us know that unfortunately we will need to leave if we do not order as per the policy. We would not be writing this review if we were spoken to respectfully, as we did when speaking to her.

First time here. Place is clean & staff were super friendly. I did not like my first drink by my own error. Vi made the moment right and changed the drink out for me no questions asked. I really appreciated it especially with it being my first time with their menu.

Quaint little place with really tasty purple rice drinks. It’s hard to find non caffeinated options and the atmosphere is chill and cute!
The service was quick as well, highly recommend checking it out!

The staff were so kind and the drinks were great! I like my milk tea on the sweet side, but I find a lot of places are still pretty bitter even at their sweetest. Not this one, though! They also put a very generous amount of topping in my drink, which was wonderful. I hope I get to come back soon to try more of their stuff!

Probably, one of the tastiest milk teas in Toronto. Recommendation to try the Uji Matcha Latte with Cheese Foam and Oat Milk. The staff was very accommodating and service is personalized that they served it in your table. Also, a great place to catch up with friends or work with your laptop. The place was spacious.

Disappointing Thai Tea Stopped by Baroness Boba Tea on Yonge, but the Thai tea had almost no flavor. The drink looked nice, but it really lacked taste. Hopefully they can improve the recipe, because the shop itself has a nice vibe.

got a thai milk tea (30% sugar) and a mango slush with coconut jelly. was pleased that the thai milk tea wasn’t too sweet and the slush was just right. found it interesting that the ice in my thai milk tea was kind of slushy. super cool that there are milk alternatives and a swing, perfect for insta photos!
