I just wanted to share that never in my life have received an OUTSTANDING customer service as I did receive at this location. No matter how busy and tired they’re, no matter what time of the day you go they always always deliver an EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Always smiling and ready with recommandations.I’d easily put this place in the top 3 best bubble tea in Toronto. High quality ingredients and amazing taste.I believe the Asian guy is the manager or the owner he is amazing. There was something wrong with my drink. He did not hesitate to take it back, acknowledge the mistake and make a larger size. My friend forgot his phone at the table, he literally ran to catch us and get him the phone back. Even there he apologizes for the mistake he made with the drink.I’d be coming here every time i crave bubble tea no doubt.

ATTENTION ALL MATCHA LOVERS!When it comes to Matcha Latte Bubble Tea, Baroness takes the cake hands down. This review is only on their Matcha Latte with fresh milk and brown sugar pearls so I can’t speak on behalf of their other offerings.Taste is 12/10! The matcha is qualityyy and you can really taste the matcha flavour - it’s strong, a touch of bitterness and grassyness - it’s absolutely divine! Their brown sugar pearls are fresh, chewy (not hard at all) with the perfect amount of sweetness! I got my drink 30% sweetened and it was the perfect amount of sweetness! Also they put the tiniest pieces of ice which is also amazing because you get more of the drink than ice!Now for the price… ok this is the best matcha bubble tea I’ve had and I’ve tried most of their competitors in the city and Baroness surpasses by a mile but it’s pricer compared to other places. I paid $9.81 for their medium size.Definitely recommend this place! I will only be going Baroness from now on to get my Matcha Latte Brown Sugar Pearl Tea❤️

Walked in after seeing the good reviews. Tried the thai style + organic milk after asking for recommendations (the server was friendly and gave me many options since there was no one waiting behind me). A heads-up for those that are not a fan of very sweet drinks... the boba is very sweet.

As of writing this review, the servers have changed several times and are now actually worse (in speed) than some other shops in the area. The pricing and quality is still reasonable, but the drastic change in service is not.

Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of my boba I had the Thai milk tea and my friend had the mango with coconut jelly. We had some questions which the staff made awesome recommendations based on my friend's taste buds which is much appreciated! Excellent service in this adorable cafe shop. Our boba was delish and we enjoyed having conversation in the sitting area. Great place to catch up with friends over a tasty sip! Thank you for the great experience!

This was my first time trying Baroness bubble tea and I'm so glad I did. It was delicious - probably in my top 3 bubble tea's i've had. I think one of the things that stands out about the bubble tea is the organic milk they use. The price is about the same as everywhere else. Really pretty interior decor and seating.
