Dropped by the Basil Box at Toronto General and the food was amazing, but the customer service? Even better. One of the staff, Las, was so sweet and attentive that it honestly made my whole day. If you go, ask for him, you’ll see what I mean. 🙈
Banh Mi fries are very good and affordable. Thai Iced Tea is yummy. Probably one of the better options in Toronto General food court.

Pad Thai has no sauce, barely any vegetables, and noodles all stuck together because there is no sauce. Because this has been my experience at multiple locations I know it's not the particular staff at this location's fault. Whoever designs the recipes is the problem.

Came here on May 10th just before they closed. I ordered pad thai with shrimp for my 5 year old and basil chicken for me so we could take it home to eat and avoid making dinner after a busy day. When I opened the boxes the noodles were white with zero sauce on them. The girl working didn’t put ANY sauce for either dish. What a huge waste of time and money. NEVER GO HERE.
