They have really nice big scoopes
The Best ice cream in mid town Toronto .. stop in for your creamy treat .. I always get a container of mint chip 😁 .. the kids love the rocky road & cookies & cream .. and I pick up a container of rum & raisin for a friend .. even in winter ❄️ 😁
Employees worst service. Employee brown man was threatening customers. Two employees were behind counter stood there unresponsive for couple of minutes. They were completely unresponsive for few minutes. Summer 2025, man Employee took a broom stick from the backroom and waved it threatening me and uttering incomprehensible words. Store smells nasty and trash. 🤢 Go anywhere else
Loved the cake ! We got a custom photo and it turned out perfectly ! They were extremely helpful and replied promptly. They took our artistic vision and ran with it !

No problem with the ice cream but when you have tables and chairs for customers to sit and enjoy ice cream that you purchased without a bathroom to use is not a good thing.
The customer service here is impeccable. The girl at the counter was so nice and friendly. Milkshake was 👌

Great little spot!
Stopped by this small Baskin-Robbins and was pleasantly surprised. The store was clean, staff were super friendly, and they let me try a couple flavors before choosing. Ice cream was fresh and tasty as always — I went with the classic Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough in a waffle cone. Perfect treat on a hot day. Will definitely come back!

I ordered an Oreo Cappuccino Blast, they sent it normal, they didn't send a straw, how am I supposed to drink it???? and everything melted
Any food establishment that has sit down seating legally has to provide customer washrooms in Toronto. My young daughter desperately needed to use the washroom and they told us they had one but it was only for staff and she was not allowed.
