If I could give a -1 star, I would. I ordered a cappuccino blast right at 9:30pm, and they didn’t close for another 30 minutes. I waited at the drive through window for 15 minutes while multiple employees didn’t acknowledge me. After 5 different girls made eye contact with me, someone finally went and made my drink. Highly disappointed
Update here on The Shrinking Ice Cream Sundae! I was looking forward to their usual, sumptuous treat here tonight, BUT, I have just had the smallest 2-scoop Sundae ever! 2 scoops of Peanut Butter Chocolate ice cream, WITH whipped cream, did not even surpass the height of my cardboard bowl! I asked the staff who made it for me to ensure that this was indeed a 2-scoop Sundae, yes, it was. I received Strong Contempt by the tall, slender man serving me; he made it clear that either he disliked ME, or his Job, or Both. If you don't enjoy serving the public, Then DON'T. > It took me just 4 minutes to eat this miniature 2-scoop Sundae. / Years past, the ice cream would drip out over the sides of the bowl. For $9.50, I expect more, like when their Sundaes used to impress. Their scooped sizes have shrunk to half the size they used to be. Just be forwarned.
Great spot for a summer treat! This Baskin Robbins gets busy when the weather’s nice, but the service is always solid. There's a little patio out front where you can hang out and enjoy your scoop. Highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake flavor—so good.
This is the most delicious 😋
love the flavours! wish they kept the love potion all year round haha
Little Asian lady every time I come here not welcoming at all. Rude lady and service
They're newly renovated, open, and looking gorgeous!
I went in looking for a cake and the people working there were able to break down the different cakes for purchase, ultimately helping me find the best cake for my event. Their service was impeccable and they included personalized writing on the cake for no extra fee. I will absolutely be coming to this location again!

It's a bit of an old building, but the service and taste were good.

Was l looking forward to having a milkshake so I went to your Church St location this evening. Walked in and had a look at the ice creams. Started ordering my order and an Uber Guy arrive out of nowhere and pushed his phone infront of me.
Instead of having good customer service to person I was ordering with then proceeded to serve the UBER person.
Me as the customer stood infront of you should take preference. Sadly this kind of bad service makes the locals not want to return. Soon this will also change to a Vapw store.

I tried the monthly flavour and decided to stay with an old time favourite. Originally, the flavour I loved was raspberry cheesecake but it was replaced by a similar type several years ago. I purchased a kid size of strawberry cheesecake. Servers were helpful and friendly. Outdoor patio in front of the store is happening.

The pièce de résistance to my birthday celebration was the BOGO (Buy-One-Get-One) from Baskins.
Granted it’s a BOGO for a kiddie scoop of ice cream, but I was going to buy the ice cream anyways…might as well get a free scoop out of it!
Enjoyed the sugar rush provided by “Beach Day”, and the corresponding euphoria of knowing that birthday calories don’t count.

It’s a chain, but I like this spot. Close by where I live, so I stop by to grab an ice cream here and there. Also get birthday cakes here. Staff always cool
