Was l looking forward to having a milkshake so I went to your Church St location this evening. Walked in and had a look at the ice creams. Started ordering my order and an Uber Guy arrive out of nowhere and pushed his phone infront of me.
Instead of having good customer service to person I was ordering with then proceeded to serve the UBER person.
Me as the customer stood infront of you should take preference. Sadly this kind of bad service makes the locals not want to return. Soon this will also change to a Vapw store.

I tried the monthly flavour and decided to stay with an old time favourite. Originally, the flavour I loved was raspberry cheesecake but it was replaced by a similar type several years ago. I purchased a kid size of strawberry cheesecake. Servers were helpful and friendly. Outdoor patio in front of the store is happening.

The pièce de résistance to my birthday celebration was the BOGO (Buy-One-Get-One) from Baskins.
Granted it’s a BOGO for a kiddie scoop of ice cream, but I was going to buy the ice cream anyways…might as well get a free scoop out of it!
Enjoyed the sugar rush provided by “Beach Day”, and the corresponding euphoria of knowing that birthday calories don’t count.

Used to love this location but I went recently and was waiting a while because one girl angel I think she’s called was the only one serving. Meanwhile The Asian lady and Hispanic guy were just talking and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this happen they should really focus more on the customers and leave the chatter at home.

Purchase a regular size ice cream and the amount they gave me was very small. More like a kids size than regular! Very disappointing!
My family and I love Baskin Robbins, but experience in this location has been horrible and it has now soured me on the entire chain.Both of my daughters received their vaccines earlier today, and my wife was planning to take them and grab some ice cream afterwards. My older one needed to urgently visit a bathroom for #2 as my family entered the store. We asked the employee to access the bathroom, to which she replied they only have bathrooms for employees. My wife asked to use that bathroom as my daughter was saying she was going to literally poop her pants, but the employee denied. My wife was alone with 2 children (1 and 4) and she received absolutely no empathy from the staff given this precarious situation. My wife had to leave the store and run to a different establishment.My daughter was still insisting on getting the ice cream so they had to return to the store, but we will now be sure this is our last time visiting Baskin-Robbins.

This branch is just miserable. They are my closest branch so I gave them multiple visits in hopes that my experience was just a one off…two off…three off… etc same horrible customer service every single time. I guess doing the same thing and expecting different results is what idiots do as the famous old quote from Einstein says.They are just horrible and miserable human beings running an ice cream shop.P.S. to the owner and employees, If you don’t like working in food and hospitality, just don’t do it! Instead of mumbling, sighing, humming and hawing like people are asking you for money. You are ruining peoples’ days and celebrations, just read the comments section.

Their website offered a customizable option for ice cream flavors, and I opted for the flavor of the month, Love Potion #31. The ordering process was seamless, with the store attendant patiently noting down all the details. Delivery was equally efficient. I want to express my gratitude for delivering a stunningly beautiful and delectable cake. It was a gift for my wife, and she absolutely adored it. I highly recommend this store to all ice cream cake lovers.
