Such a poor experience at the baskin Robbin’s at square one on Saturday October 19th 2024. The customer service was terrible. I waited in line for about 20 minutes and when I finally got to the front of the line. The people at the counter totally ignored me and my daughter although they had seen us waiting in line. They then proceeded to try to help a customer that was behind me and when I interrupted, it became an issue. To make matters worse the people in the line need to learn personal space. There is no reason you cannot respect other people space. Clearly the employees need better training.

Baskin-Robbins is one of my favorite ice cream chains, offering a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The pricing is perfect and the portions are generous. My top picks are Very Berry Strawberry and Strawberry Cheesecake. I visited this location on a weekday when it wasn't too crowded, and the staff were friendly. I’ll definitely visit again.
On Friday I was at square one and went to Baskin Robbins and ordered a medium fresh pack . I had a delightful experience by Mariam and her Coworker , they let us sample many amazing flavours so we can choose our favourite one to order . They were quick to make our order and made it a fun and convenient experience . I highly recommend this location after having amazing experience with Mariam.
Lady here was taking someone's order and i was in queue she refused to take order saying they are closed then why was ur shutter still open and she was taking peoples orders its kind of partiality suggests to show some customer service etiquette

All I want to talk about is the front staff who was in today at 5:55pm (512 SAVI). He was really impolite and never even tried to make us happy. His demeanour, his words, and his attitude were all haughty and intolerably rude.He would point his fingers at the computer and tell us to take care of what we needed, regardless of the questions we asked regarding the goods, availability, or other possibilities. Not a single one of our questions was addressed by him.Once more, this was one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced ????

Never ever encountered such a poor service from baskin robins. And when I mentioned about the service, the guy was arrogant and didn’t even bother to rectify his mistake.

The associate working on Friday February 16 at 8:45pm had a very poor attitude. She claimed her name was Mariam. Not only was she being rude to the customers in front of me and talking in a bad tone, but she was rude to me as well. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but it seemed as if she hated being there and had no regard for her customers. I asked to try a flavour which is basic baskin Robbin’s policy. I then asked her where I can throw out the spoon as they usually have a place to put it. She said I don’t know where it is, it was there this morning and isn’t there now. I then didn’t know what I’m supposed to do with the spoon and I left it on the counter. She then aggressively said “you can’t leave it there!!!” And I’m like don’t you have a garbage can inside? and she rudely said no we don’t and you need to take it with you and it’s our “policy” to not take spoons. It wasn’t a policy. I’ve been to many locations and this was honestly the more unhappy and rude associate I have dealt with. Not only was she making stuff up, she was embarrassing me in front of other customers. She needs training on how to do a basic task as to helping a client throw out a spoon after giving a sample. If she didn’t want to give the sample to begin with, she should have said no. No respect or regard for her customers and a horrible attitude.

They also had a lot of patience when I couldn't decide on which flavor to choose, which I appreciated.In terms of the ice cream itself, I was very pleased. Baskin Robbins offers a wide variety of flavors, ranging from classics like chocolate and vanilla to more unique flavors like mint chocolate chip and strawberry cheesecake. The ice cream was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness. The texture was also perfect - it was smooth and velvety, and it melted in my mouth.
