had a very upsetting experience at this location. I came in wearing my hijab, and from the moment I approached the counter, the manager treated me poorly. In my experience, his attitude felt discriminatory and completely unprofessional. I ordered a milkshake, but he handed me a cup of plain milk with nothing in it. When I politely explained that this wasn’t what I ordered, instead of fixing it, he became confrontational and even threatened to call security. I have never been treated like this at any other establishment. This experience made me feel disrespected and targeted. I hope the company looks into this, because no customer should ever be made to feel this way.

A custom ice cream cake with Oreo cookies was ordered for a son's birthday, and it was a complete success! The cake was a massive hit with both the children and adults at the party. It was the perfect dessert, and everyone raved about its deliciousness. Gratitude is expressed to Gursharan for crafting such a wonderful cake.

These guys are such a scam. They just have standard and limited flavours and not unlike standalone Baskin robins . They have cleverly cut brownies into small pieces and just sell brownie sundae with small pieces saving them for more orders .
Every other store puts a full brownie slab on the brownie sundae .
The hot fudge quantity they put were like bird droppings .
Never with these guys again !!

When is come to ice cream great the standard across every Baskin Robbins since it's a franchise. What I don't like is whenever you go to use a coupon that Baskin Robbins sends months when you sign up this location for some reason can never take it because their system is down.. I call BS. If you can't scan a coupon you should manually be able to enter it. This is not the first second or third time this location has done this. My 1 star rating has nothing to do with the ice cream but the lack of service to fix this so called problem. Such a poor experience at the baskin Robbin’s at square one on Saturday October 19th 2024. The customer service was terrible. I waited in line for about 20 minutes and when I finally got to the front of the line. The people at the counter totally ignored me and my daughter although they had seen us waiting in line. They then proceeded to try to help a customer that was behind me and when I interrupted, it became an issue. To make matters worse the people in the line need to learn personal space. There is no reason you cannot respect other people space. Clearly the employees need better training.

Baskin-Robbins is one of my favorite ice cream chains, offering a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The pricing is perfect and the portions are generous. My top picks are Very Berry Strawberry and Strawberry Cheesecake. I visited this location on a weekday when it wasn't too crowded, and the staff were friendly. I’ll definitely visit again.
On Friday I was at square one and went to Baskin Robbins and ordered a medium fresh pack . I had a delightful experience by Mariam and her Coworker , they let us sample many amazing flavours so we can choose our favourite one to order . They were quick to make our order and made it a fun and convenient experience . I highly recommend this location after having amazing experience with Mariam.
Lady here was taking someone's order and i was in queue she refused to take order saying they are closed then why was ur shutter still open and she was taking peoples orders its kind of partiality suggests to show some customer service etiquette
