Staff member from today's date ignored us after being called on 3x while she worked on a cake. Then disappeared to the backroom without even acknowledging us. Eye contact was made. We stood there for a solid 5 mins getting ignored and decided to leave.

There was an employee named Anna working around 2-3pm today. Pathetic customer service, rude and no manner how she should treat the customer. Me and my husband often visit BR never seen such service before. Quite disappointed with the service and the way she treated.

The girl at the counter, named Param, provided a very poor customer service experience. She was quite rude, and I haven't seen her at this location before, so she might be new. I've been a loyal customer here for several years, and I've always had a positive experience with other staff members—until today (November 9, 2024 around 4;47pm) .

Typically, I receive a 10% mall employee discount, which has never been an issue before. However, when I mentioned it, she refused and was dismissive. I understand if there was a policy change or if discounts aren’t available, but the rudeness and condescending attitude were unacceptable. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional, and in an industry where friendliness is essential, it might be worth considering if she’s suited for this role.

Their Ube Coconut ice cream is the best Ube ice cream I’ve ever had! I never thought Baskin Robbin’s of all places would have good Ube ice cream but I’m super glad I tried it. It has an Ube syrup mixed in that’s absolutely delicious. Their cookie dough ice cream was quite standard.

The mango shake and ice cream were enjoyable, but the pistachio ice cream fell far short of expectations. It lacked the flavor and quality I previously experienced in the US. Sadly, it seems they have lost their touch, and the once delightful treat no longer lives up to its former charm.

I used to purchase from here during my every visit to the STC. The staff who was in shift today at 7 .30 PM was very rude and gave the 2 scoop ( pistachio & strawberry cake) ice cream this way in the picture - on top of each other. I couldn't find the read the name on the labels because of the mist on the glass of the freezer.So, I pointed out the strawberry shortcake or something written on the label asked what's that flavor, she mentioned as "you can read the board". So I asked again and mentioned as I couldn't read it.she repeated as you can read the board. The way she treated us was like she doesn't want us to visit the store. (The employee with light blue T-shirt). I could be able to sense and notice that she was showing same attitude towards others. The Baskin Robbins products have 5/5 according to my experience as these many years. But this store is the worst. I won't recommend to this store anymore.
