The girl at the counter, named Param, provided a very poor customer service experience. She was quite rude, and I haven't seen her at this location before, so she might be new. I've been a loyal customer here for several years, and I've always had a positive experience with other staff members—until today (November 9, 2024 around 4;47pm) .

Their Ube Coconut ice cream is the best Ube ice cream I’ve ever had! I never thought Baskin Robbin’s of all places would have good Ube ice cream but I’m super glad I tried it. It has an Ube syrup mixed in that’s absolutely delicious. Their cookie dough ice cream was quite standard.

The mango shake and ice cream were enjoyable, but the pistachio ice cream fell far short of expectations. It lacked the flavor and quality I previously experienced in the US. Sadly, it seems they have lost their touch, and the once delightful treat no longer lives up to its former charm.
