Amazing staff, even though they had families taking time to order both young men were patient, friendly and professional. I just went in to get 2 buckets of ice cream but by the time my turn came I opted for a banana, peanut butter shake, which they kindly offered to make me with a real banana. Thanks so much! I’ll definitely drop by again.

After an amazing dinner at Katsu Japanese Restaurant, Baskin-Robbins was the perfect way to end the night. So many classic and creative flavors to choose from—always creamy, delicious, and just the right treat. The staff were friendly and patient while we debated our picks, and everything was fresh and satisfying. Dinner and dessert combo.
Super friendly staff, so much patience with the kids. Choosing a flavour is a big decision and it takes time for the little ones - even me. So I appreciate all the friendly staff that work here.

I went to the Baskin-Robbins on Danforth yesterday evening with some friends. The layout was a bit confusing—there was no clear ceiling or counter area, so it wasn’t obvious where to order. Out of the flavors we tried, only two were actually good: the Mousse Royale chocolate and the cheesecake. The pistachio flavor was really disappointing, and the waffles we ordered with the ice cream were stale. Overall, for the quality, the prices felt pretty high and not really worth it.

It's my favourite place to get a milkshake. It's a little pricey, though. Service is usually friendly and pleasant. It gets busy at times, but the wait is usually worth it. The owner/manager is present quite often, assisting with the business, so that's a strong sign of teamwork and commitment.

Great place my of my favourites but pricing is getting out of hand, And sum b why they not selling chocolate chip cookie dough anymore, well you can get two scoops for $10 lol but now they do not sell the tubs, oh well third world problems eh! lol Keep on keeping on
