Dessert is awesome but there's nothing special about that, standard across all outlets of Baskin Robbins. I would like to talk about the outstanding service we got thanks to Nick. Literally baked a fresh waffle on request, very accommodating and excellent suggestions based on our choices. One should probably visit this outlet for the fantastic service.

The owner and the staff here are SO nice! I had a very nice interaction with a staff member about 6 months ago, and then when we popped in this evening the owner was there. He was such an upbeat, welcoming guy-- so much so that our three-year-old grandson ordered for himself, which he normally would be too shy to do. I also watched the owner wipe down tables and pick up napkins off the floor himself, which I respect. The space was very clean and smells amazing, like freshly made waffles. I'm vegan, so I appreciate that Baskin-Robbins offers a dairy-free option now (mint chocolate) and it's very tasty! They also have a patio area on a side street, which is so nice in summer :)

Great place. Location is definitely a plus since it's not too far from parking or subway. It's small enough to not disrupt the look of the neighborhood but big enough for you to sit and enjoy your treat. Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable, really recommended going in with an open mind and asking for suggestions.
