Hey I still had that report on my account I even know who made this report only just bcz I had marked the order as not prepared there was a old guy who said I can’t do that even the order wasn’t ready he started preparing the order in front of me and said I can’t mark it as not ready why ???? If the order isn’t ready definitely the order will be marked as not ready why I can’t do that . He even said I’m a Indian and I’m trying to be smart where is the smartness in that buddy if you’re not preparing order on time definitely the delivery driver will mark it as not ready at that time you’re trying to be smart I need that report to be removed from my account I had picked that order nearly after 4:47 on 16th of April I need that report to be removed otherwise you’ll get the same 1 star review by a lots of account. I don’t want to do that I only want the report to be taken back bcz I was there on time and I didn’t even misbehaved with the worker but still he reported and gave me a thumbs down rating .

I was undergoing a colonoscopy and the doctor was very specific that I should not have any fiber.Well by mistake my wife picked up a flavor that said 0 fibre on the main Baskin website but on the container itself it said 2 grams of fibre.Not realizing, i opened it and had a little bit of it when i saw it had 2 grams. My wife went back and explained what happened. I did not think they would take it back but the owner - His name is Uzair took the opened container back and my wife exchanged it for another flavor with no fibre.I thought that was exception customer service and Azair should be commended for his wonderful customer service. 17:30;05/24/23Waited like five mins for the man (older, with white beard and hair) to come out. When he did, I asked for a kids size ice cream with sprinkles. He already seemed agitated and had an attitude. Additionally, the amount he put was abysmal and insulting. When it came time to pay I was discussing with my friend if I should get an additional scoop, while gathering my change. I told the worker that I’m gathering my money and that he could serve the people behind me. Immediately he went into a tirade while repeatedly using the word “you people”, saying you guys are cheaters and scammers who always do this. I can only presume he meant black people. I was taken aback as I only told him I’m collecting my change. Because of his insults I told him I’m not getting the ice cream anymore and his abuse increased. He told me “you’re giving your people a bad rep”, among other things. I responded to him nicely and patiently but that did nothing, he kept spewing insults and abuse and calling out my race. I am more baffled than anything, and this man sounds like he has a lot of hate in his heart. Sad! But at least people can now know their ice cream is being scooped by an irate, illogical racist.

I came here to get two birthday cakes, a request that usually takes about 2 days, a day before they were needed. Lucky Abul saved the day and worked to get them ready for me within less than 24 hours. Great service and would definitely recommend!
