Hello everyone, I just went into the store to pick up an order fof the customer while doing Uber Sats. The owner of the place clicked my photo without any reason when I entered the store. He behaved with me very rudely, being himself an Indian, disrespected me and the Indian Community just for waiting for the order for 1 minute outside ghe store. I request Baskin Robins to have attention to this matter. It does not mean, a person doing Uber Eats does not have any profession. I am a Paralegal Graduate.

They don’t fill the take home sundae to the top it was only a little over half full. I feel beyond cheated for the high price. Have been getting the same pint at other locations for years and it was always filled to the brim.
Edit: After I read the other reviews who say the same thing I should have done that earlier! This location scams people. That sundae is 14 dollars and they don’t fill it up and don’t put the appropriate number of toppings on.

The staff that work there have always been kind and attentive however my complaint is about the takehome sundaes. This is my second time buying them from this location. The first time I had the same issue but I was hopeful that this time, I would not be disappointed. The ice cream container was only half filled and the toppings inside were lacking. It is not at all like advertised. I bought two for $20 dollars and was extremely disappointed. It was one scoop of ice cream with a few toppings thrown on top. I will try to add a picture.

Went for a take home layered sundae. Figured there was a standardized way of making these and couldn’t possibly get scammed like this. It’s supposed to be a layered treat with two types of ice cream. All I got was a half full type of one ice cream with no layers lol this is wild

Is there an option to give negative stars?? I would really like someone to look at all the reviews that’s been posted here. Guy serving ice cream refused to provide samples to my partner and said “ there are 32 flavours and cannot offer if asked by” well we only wanted to taste 2. This just sets the standard pretty low for baskin robins- and looking at all the other reviews for the store- I wouldn’t be surprise if the sales didn’t match the company’s name. All the best to whoever is managing the store!

Great location, great service - however, I’ve gone to get ice cream multiple times recently (where I’ve checked the hours of operation here on google) and it’s been closed. Perhaps update the hours to reflect when you’re open and closed? Would be greatly appreciated. We all need out BR fix

Hey I still had that report on my account I even know who made this report only just bcz I had marked the order as not prepared there was a old guy who said I can’t do that even the order wasn’t ready he started preparing the order in front of me and said I can’t mark it as not ready why ???? If the order isn’t ready definitely the order will be marked as not ready why I can’t do that . He even said I’m a Indian and I’m trying to be smart where is the smartness in that buddy if you’re not preparing order on time definitely the delivery driver will mark it as not ready at that time you’re trying to be smart I need that report to be removed from my account I had picked that order nearly after 4:47 on 16th of April I need that report to be removed otherwise you’ll get the same 1 star review by a lots of account. I don’t want to do that I only want the report to be taken back bcz I was there on time and I didn’t even misbehaved with the worker but still he reported and gave me a thumbs down rating .

I’m a Uber driver today I went there to pick a order the order wasn’t ready I marked it as not ready and he reported my account and said I can’t do that sir if you’re reading this plz it’s a humble request plz remove that report bcz of you I’ll loose my account it’s not my fault I have to do that if not the customer will report my account ?? bcz I’ll be late for the delivery both the sides I’ll lose my account.

This trumps for shocking food service worker behaviour. Staff person, gender male, was washing face and head in hand washing sink visible to customers.Left immediately, never to return.
