Had to order last minute customized strawberry ice cream cake and they were able to do it. I did bring some cat face decor and they put it nicely.

Guess it's not a good idea to walk in 5 minutes before closing as you'll get bad service, a lesser amount of ice cream than the usual (I come here every week), even after politely making the comment of it being less and no acknowledgement made by the employee, have the employee drop your bag with ice cream in it and not say anything or apologize. When asked for her name to provide feedback, be told they aren't allowed to give that information. Dissapointed at the lack of care, after rushing to this location just to get some ice cream!

We always have a great experience from this place. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
We often come here on the 31st every month for their 31% off on pre-packed ice creams. We do get greeted and served positively all the time.
They have good selections of ice cream cakes for Birthdays as well.
Highly recommended just for the service itself.

The girl working on 21st October, at 9 pm is such racist, I went to the ice cream place with my friends and she was super rude, bulging her eyes at us. Yes, we were taking time to decide but we weren’t disturbing her. The moment we walked out and the other customers walked in, she was smiliand laughing with them. The boy was nice, but the girl really needs some customer service lessons. Really disappointed.

This is a very well run store, in a rough location to boot! The store is very clean and well stocked. I came here twice in the last month for the pumpkin pie flavour. It was in-stock both times, unlike other locations. The staff here are so friendly and very kind. On my second visit, I was walking with a cane and the staff got my tubes for me.

Wow! Incredible location, with even better employees! There was one specific employee who stood out! Steven, such a patient and respectful young man. We really need more people like him at times like these! He let me take my time sampling and even gave me a suggestion, which turned out to be his favourite flavour, and my new favourite flavour, Cotton Candy! So yummy and delicious! If anybody gets lucky enough to be served by Steven, count yourself lucky and blessed. Thank you once again to the big 31 and thank you so very much Steven!

so today we bought a polar pizza icecream cookies and cream. It look really good on the menu. Honestly thought it would be way bigger and thicker, excepting 2.5 inches thick. Literally just got it and it’s the size of my hand if i were to spread it and an inch thick. The bottom part it only some browny thing that’s really hard and just sugar, doesn’t taste good at all especially the end “crust” it tastes even worst because there’s no icecream on it, just saving money by not putting enough icecream all around. Top looks good and the icecream itself. Tastes good but it’s prolly like 2.5 cm thickness of the icecream just a guess barely anything. Only ate the top part which is the icecream, and through out the bottom part which is the browny, hard, sugary to the max and mad calories for no reason. 2 stars because the icecream is good and the employes were great, actually really helpful and kind. Alright have a good day
