I had a fantastic experience at this location! The customer service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect flavour. The ice cream itself was delicious and creamy, with a wide variety of unique options to choose from. I highly recommend this location for both the great treats and the outstanding service. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️10/10

This place was terrible. Employees had no vibe and were unhappy to see us. I got the wrong ice cream and they did not refund me. The person who served just rudely said “no” when I asked for a refund. Ice cream was not very good and for three people it was 16 bucks. I would not recommend at all.

I recently experienced exceptional customer service at this location. Despite the busy atmosphere here last monday ( FAMILY DAY) , the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and attended to promptly. From their friendly demeanor to their willingness to assist with any inquiries, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I visited around 8PM Monday and experienced a horrible service by the front lady. I ordered a to go pack and l do not know why but she was already giving me an attitude for no reason. As soon as I started to pick up the flavours which never took more than 30 seconds, she literally told me "make up your mind, don't you see I'm busy here?" word for word in a very rude tone.
