Rashida did a fantastic job for the cake I ordered. It was a little bit out of the scope of what was offered but she listened to the request and did an incredible job on the design! We will definitely order the next cake from here again! It was a heart shaped vintage coquette cake and we got many compliments!

I ordered a 30 person cake and called to make sure it would be ready for when I needed it. The staff were very accommodating and communicative throughout the whole process. I’m very grateful that everything was done on schedule and there were no issues. Definitely recommend.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my girlfriend's birthday and arranged for an Uber driver to pick it up. The manager, Rashida, went above and beyond by labeling the cake with sticky notes for the restaurant and keeping me updated throughout the process. She even sent a picture of the notes and texted me when the cake was picked up. They packed it with ice to ensure it arrived perfectly. Incredible service—thank you, Rashida!

Customer service is good, and the ice cream is to be expected from a chain brand. It’s open late, which is its best feature. They also sell paper cups.

So many fake reviews from their friends on here. Workers behind the counter were speaking to each other in another language right in front of me. This is Canada in case you forgot.

Have been there couple of times, every time the quality stays at the highest. No compromise with service while being in rush hours. Moreover the staff is polite and friendly towards the customers. Overall i want to recommend it to all of my known circle. I never had that much delicious ice cream ever in the area. Must visit place. The location and the atmosphere all of the conditions makes it a perfect place to be in an ice cream parlor.
