We entered the store about 15 minutes before closing and initially felt bad since it was almost their closing time. However, the manager and the customer service representative (who seemed to be in training) were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to assist us and happily accommodated our order without making us feel rushed. Their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude truly stood out. Excellent customer service — thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Rashida did a fantastic job for the cake I ordered. It was a little bit out of the scope of what was offered but she listened to the request and did an incredible job on the design! We will definitely order the next cake from here again! It was a heart shaped vintage coquette cake and we got many compliments!

I ordered a 30 person cake and called to make sure it would be ready for when I needed it. The staff were very accommodating and communicative throughout the whole process. I’m very grateful that everything was done on schedule and there were no issues. Definitely recommend.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my girlfriend's birthday and arranged for an Uber driver to pick it up. The manager, Rashida, went above and beyond by labeling the cake with sticky notes for the restaurant and keeping me updated throughout the process. She even sent a picture of the notes and texted me when the cake was picked up. They packed it with ice to ensure it arrived perfectly. Incredible service—thank you, Rashida!
