I normally never give low reviews, but this time I have to. I go to this location once in awhile with my friend. Each time I’ve been here it was never a pleasant experience… they always either forget about our table or never give us utensils or napkins. When they forget about us it would take normally take us 20-30 min for us to actually order and we’ve always tried to get their attention but they never hear us or see us.
Honestly in my opinion my friend and I are never rude to anyone and always talk with manners even when we finally get their attention, so idk what is the issue.
I don’t expect spectacular service but just want a decent service where I’m not waiting 20-30 mins to get my order taken.
Food is great but the service could do much better. I always order take out due to my bad experience with dining in. So please manager or whoever is in charge of this location, please get your staff to work on the customer service.
Also I ordered take out for rose Tteokbokki the other day, and when I brought it home it the rice cake felt like it was still frozen and I had to throw out half of the food.

Food was exceptional, as always. Me and my roommates - we love this branch and it's around our 4th or 5th visit already. In all those past visits, we've always received good service except the last one.
Yujin, the host, was rude the moment we walked in. My sister (who is just visiting as a tourist) asked where the washroom is and she had to repeat herself 3 times while said host gave her an attitude. It was highly noticeable as well that she treats other tables differently and overall, we found her completely disrespectful.
Dow, our server, on the other hand delivered good customer service. He was respectful, kind and made sure we had a good experience. I've spoken with the manager and was extremely sorry about what happened.
We love the food and we will definitely come back, with hopes that this would not happen again.

Tucked away in a small entrance, the food was well done and service is excellent. The tables are spaced well and not crammed. Nice selection of draft beers as well.
