BBTease is my new favorite spot for milk tea! The Golden Assam is a must-try—made with whole leaf tea, fresh milk, and cream, it's the perfect balance of flavor. The tapioca pearls are always fresh and chewy. Plus, the wireless charger behind the seats is a thoughtful touch. Great atmosphere, amazing drinks, and a perfect place to relax or catch up with friends. Highly recommend!

Clean and tidy cafe and nice staffs but the tea itself was bad. I got the matcha latte and thought it’s such a good price with the big portion. But it was too light tea with lots of milk with extra hot. I should’ve thrown away three half of it. I would go if I have a meeting with someone at the cafe but not for tea latte..

This is a great place to relax at with very refreshing teas. I've tried their Thai milk tea (cold), golden assam milk tea (cold), and raspberry blush iced tea. All the drinks tasted delicious, perfect to cool down during the summer. I also really love the quiet atmosphere, beautiful decorations, and the plenty of seating inside.
