We really loved the brisket and ribs with sides of coleslaw and loaded beans. All of the food served was absolutely delicious and will visit again.

Food came out instantly. I was worried since it was already made it would be dry but I was wrong. Whole chicken was even juicy. It's expensive for $90 and it gave what's in my picture. ribs were too salty but everything was tasty and home made.

I came in to grab their Austin Sandwich which is a favourite of mine. The staff told me they were out of buns, but could give me the meat. This wasn’t ideal, but said ok knowing how good the meat is here. When they rung me up it was $23 instead of $14 (the price of the Austin Sandwich). I pointed out it was the same amount of meat, but just no bun. The staff agreed with me and told me the price was still $23. I asked if they could give me the sandwich price and they said no. I left empty handed with the cook smugly calling out “have a good night boss” as he giggled to the other guys.

We live close by and also here a bunch, but we came in today and the owner came by and chatted with us, he's warm, witty, and easy to chat with. Food is always great, I recommend this place to everyone looking for great BBQ!
