The google maps says it’s closed but the sign outside says it’s open. To clear my doubt, I tried opening the door but it was locked. I thought it’s already 1 AM, so why not try my luck and get an espresso shot to keep myself alive for whole night. Anyway guys, make sure to check everything while you are closing.

Great location if you're looking for beans or other unique products like teas and drinks. Went in looking for a few new beans to try out and the cashier was super helpful. They knew what they were talking about and talked me out of a bad purchase. If you're looking for something unique, try coming here and see what they have. Good service, and it's a really cozy place.

Super happy with the syrup choices! However one of the ladies with glasses was kind of rude… She wasn’t welcoming at all, just making herself coffee, didn’t say hello (I didn’t even realize she was an employee at first) and seemed really bothered at the moment we were checking out. I came from another city just for this, I will order online next time.

Passed this place but never entered assuming it would be way out of my league (probably it's just my complex :P), until yesterday, when a friend mentioned they were doing a sale on coffee pods.
Stepped in, met Kay, who helped me with not only my order (got a 24 pc for 7$) but also gave me an insight on the various coffee brands that they house. She recommended a couple of varieties which would be my next purchase.
Also registered for their loyalty program even if you are going to purchase once a year, it would still give you some value.

Terrible customer service with the lady who wears black glasses. Awful! Her face expression to customer was really rude. What did I do to her? Is she a professional? Because of her, this company has lost their regular customers for sure. If I feel so bad because of the staff, I never come back even if products are nice. Never come back . I never felt this way before, always friendly staffs there but this awful customer experience made me not to come back this store again.

Every time I visit the Yonge location, I'm welcomed by warm staff. There's so many options of flavoured coffee and I appreciate the variety of syrups since I like to spice up my coffee and matcha. I can't see well but there's always someone to help me find what I'm looking for.
