I’m speechless to how they handle my online order, where I made a mistake ordering a wrong type of beans. They promptly sent me another batch order with no cost! Thank you so much
I ordered a part for my Bunn coffee machine on monday night. Wednesday morning it was at my door. I contacted customer service by email and got an answer within minutes. Amazing service. Thank you
I come fairly regularly to exchange my CO2 cylinders but this time around I had an issue with one of them. The nice lady Elisa helped me over the phone and in person to swap the cylinders and it worked out great.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection.
We bought our Breville Bambino over a year ago from this location and rely on their great coffee selection to start our day.
Used to rave about this place, and get two bags a month but the beans seem to have gotten much lower in quality.
I can't seem to make a good cup of Ethiopian or Kenyan anymore without being bitter (whole bean), regardless of grind size, or extraction technique for pour over.
Every time I go in there there's a new person. I thought it was me, I got them to grind me a bag- for pour over they made it like an espresso grind, the girl didn't seem to know if she was doing, she looked new.
With the ground beans almost have to do a cold extraction to try to save from it becoming too bitter but that's just not possible. (coffee gets bitter if it's over extracted). It's just horrible coffee now.
For reference I went to longo's cuz I thought I was kind of losing it and I used the big bunn grinder, put that on pour over, much coarser grind, than what I got at beanwise, same equipment not bitter.
Great service, staff was super helpful. Huge selection
Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely come back

The google maps says it’s closed but the sign outside says it’s open. To clear my doubt, I tried opening the door but it was locked. I thought it’s already 1 AM, so why not try my luck and get an espresso shot to keep myself alive for whole night. Anyway guys, make sure to check everything while you are closing.
The staff were very patient and helpful. I can tell that they are passionate about teaching the public about coffee beans, like acidity and oil levels. Great shopping experience and I learned at bunch.

Great location if you're looking for beans or other unique products like teas and drinks. Went in looking for a few new beans to try out and the cashier was super helpful. They knew what they were talking about and talked me out of a bad purchase. If you're looking for something unique, try coming here and see what they have. Good service, and it's a really cozy place.

Super happy with the syrup choices! However one of the ladies with glasses was kind of rude… She wasn’t welcoming at all, just making herself coffee, didn’t say hello (I didn’t even realize she was an employee at first) and seemed really bothered at the moment we were checking out. I came from another city just for this, I will order online next time.
Surprisingly, amazing selection of loose-leaf teas! Would recommend for a holiday or secret santa gift.
Went to the store to check breville espresso machine, been considering for a while, Kate was soooo nice, and giving suggestions, even though I asked for testing the machine to see how it works, she was still generous. Definitely will visit again.
