My son and I had the steak sandwich and fries. Absolutely first class all the way. Beautifully cooked steak and zesty chimichurri on a fresh bun. Breathtakingly good hot and crispy fries cooked in beef tallow. Sure, you're paying a little more than your average sandwich and fries but this place is worth every penny. Bravo to the folks in the kitchen.
Got the steak and pork and would rate the steak a 4/5 while the pork a 2/5. Steak was cooked to a good doneness (leaning more to medium than medium rare imo but they sous vide so maybe I’m wrong) and was complimented by a chimichurri sauce that has a nice amount of heat. Pork on the other hand was way too lean and dry for my preference since I think the entire point of using pork is to have some nice richness/fattiness. If the pork had a good balance of fat, could easily rate...

Sadly found the shrinkflation - price increases, while the portion comes much smaller and the flavouring is not as good as before
