Perfect place to come after an event when you’re downtown, walking distance from union. Great place to watch the raps/jays/leafs as well. I’ve been here countless times and it’s always a fun vibe! Great drinks and surprisingly good food. I recommend trying a paddle/flight, and my fav menu items are the fried chicken, kale blueberry salad (trust me it’s so underrated) and their sticky toffee pudding.
This place is great, the roll up doors are open when it’s hot outside. Tons of beer. Food is great.
I enjoyed my lunch at Beertown today.Friendly and efficient staff. Tasty fish tacos and nice cocktails. 👍
Thank you to our server Carson for making our dinner so good. Lovely drinks and atmosphere

Great place to chill and drink
Great spot close to Union Station with a good beer selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff, with good food options. Service was quick and food/drinks were good. Would recommend!
When paying for lunch I noticed the difference between the bill amount and the amount set up on the device used to pay with the credit card. Turns out, the employee had marked the tip amount. We were a table of 11 people and he charged me over a 5$ tip. If your employees get to choose their own tips, I have decided it's best to avoid your restaurant. I have no issue with paying a tip. I don't expect someone else to determine the tip amount and charge it deceivingly.
My wife and I visited this location last weekend and while waiting for our food, we saw a mouse scurry from one corner to underneath our seating area, which was quite shocking. I immediately informed the server, who acknowledged the issue. Unfortunately, this sighting made the rest of our evening quite stressful as we kept checking under the table out of concern the mouse might climb onto our seats. It was difficult to relax and enjoy our time. On top of that, there were flies around our food, further detracting from the dining experience. This visit left us disappointed and anxious rather than comfortable and satisfied.
Was one of two spots we stopped at on way to Jays game. It was nice.

Separate vegan menu with lots of options and desserts too! Food, service, and vibes were great. I got the tofu pad Thai and the seasonal berry crumble with vegan ice cream!
I was somewhat disappointed I had mentioned that we had a birthday The hostess commented about it But nothing was mentioned or offered at all by the waitress
Our server was excellent. Discussed some of the beers It was extremely noisy and difficult to have a conversation and this was at 4:30 on the afternoon.
This chain is one of the best in how they hire for culture - SO consistent between locations (its a pleasure to experience what you have worked hard to develop) - it's worth the effort - great team! And consistent food preparation!
They have an extension gluten free menu, which is great for those in my party who are often quite limited in what they can eat. The beer menu is huge too. Highly recommend.
