Everything served was cold. We were here for a birthday and wasn't accommodated for anything. They should've mentioned not to bring in balloons or that they don't have space to take pictures if they were going to mistreat us like this. Extremely disappointed, shouldn't have chose them for my birthday.

We dined at this same location when it was AP and sad it had to closed. Was excited to try this new restaurant as we lived the ambiance and location The was good but the elevated service that we typically got with Ap before was lacking. I guess we cannot compare as they are different , but with the price of the food, you should provide the service. It is not the servers, but the reception that let us down. No more greeters and welcome drinks on the ground floor before heading up the elevator, the elevator red lighting was awful and the lady that greeted us was cold as the weather. When we are leaving same lady that handed us our coat did not interact at all, gave us our coat and did not say a thing. Sad to say it will be our first and last with Mar'aa

We came in for our anniversary with a valid reservation close to closing time and were fully aware of the kitchen hours, even choosing bar seating to be considerate. While the drinks and service were great, being told the moment we walked in—by the manager, in front of us—that there were only seven minutes left to close the kitchen, and hearing it again at the table, felt dismissive and unwelcoming. It came across less as information and more as being rushed out, which took away from what should have been a special experience.

Absolutely loved this restaurant, the server was the absolute sweetest ever and was so attentive. The food was amazing, so tasteful and the chef was able to accommodate my allergy which was greatly appreciated. The interior is insane, so beautiful.... perfect birthday spot!!! AMAZED.

I rarely complain, but this was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I've had. From the start, the hostesses ignored us for a while. We had a 7:30 reservation, arrived at 8 due to traffic (after calling ahead), yet we were repeatedly told we had to leave by 9:30. It felt rushed from the start. Our waitress (short blonde with glasses) was inattentive. After we finished our appetizer, only then did our drinks finally come—still before the main dish, but they should've arrived much earlier. The food itself was mediocre. It was my friend's birthday, so I asked about a small treat. Later, another waiter approached with what looked like dessert menus, kindly offering coffee or tea. Shockingly, our original waitress came over, ripped the papers right out of his hands, and walked away. It was shockingly rude. Between that behavior, delayed drinks, mediocre food, and rushed energy, it ruined what should've been a special night. I hope management addresses these serious issues with staff professionalism and service.

Great service! We were late about 18 min and the hostess was super empathetic and didn't make us feel like we were just a number / replaceable. Our server (Jess!!) was so knowledgeable re: the menu and everything recommended was perfect. As we were eating there were support persons walking around and grabbing empty dishes so our space was always clean and roomy. The manager even came by and checked in on us. 11/10 experience!! We'll def be back. Thanks, Jess for making us feel welcomed and comfortable.

A Truly Incredible and Unforgettable Experience at Maraa Yorkville! I cannot speak highly enough of our recent visit to Maraa Yorkville. The entire experience was beyond incredible it was absolutely five star perfection! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was amazing. The setting is beautiful, and it truly elevated our special occasion. We were celebrating a birthday, and Maraa Yorkville made the celebration feel very special and memorable. The food was nothing short of exceptional. Every dish was tasty, delicious, and perfectly prepared. What truly set this evening apart, however, was the service provided by our server, Wes. Wes delivered the most amazing service we have ever experienced. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely helped to make our birthday celebration incredible. A huge shout out and thank you to Wes Galloway we truly appreciate your effort and dedication. We had an absolutely amazing, amazing, amazing time, and we will definitely be back soon. The whole experience of getting to the restaurant from the 2nd to 51st floor was amazing and something I have never done before . Loved the overall vibe of the place. Food service was good and quick . Great place for special occasions . Will definitely be back
