Bento Sushi

I ordered the Udon bowl it was so unbelievably salty. I returned it. The manager offered to made a new one but less salty. It was so. But why can’t franchises do a better job with recipes from the start? I now need to get something sweet to kill the lingering flavour in my mouth.

How can food taste this bad? Not necessarily the locations fault, but the franchise’s choice of material and process… why does YYZ gets all the bad food when the city has so much more to offer? Why…. WHYYYY!!??

First time buying sushi here….and it was sooo bad, rice was dry, it tasted like nothing,and prices are extremely high !!!I’m giving this place (one) star 👎🏻

Food tasted fresh and the line went quick despite it being busy. Pricing is kinda high though.

For an airport, this place is decent. The raman was very good and it can be turned vegetarian by simply not adding fish to the tufo option. The broth is miso and is rather yummy 😋

I understand it’s airport pricing, but $37 for a small bowl of ramen and four shrimp tempura is highway robbery. Nevertheless, I decided to give it a try. The tempura was very okay. Aggressively okay. And the ramen was subpar. The chicken was dry and the broth wasn’t very good.

As for the service, there are a few staff that take longer to make your order than they should because they’re socializing. No one cleans the tables so you’ll have to clean the table yourself before you eat.

Horrible sushi

Spent 60 bucks here for sushi and ramens while not expecting much since it’s the airport... Just plain nasty & terrible. Not fresh, no flavor. This is by far the worst ramen and sushi ever. Wish we had check the reviews first.

Terrible food. Bought two ramens and a sushi box and was 60$. The noddles were tasteless, the chicken was so dry and the soup barely had flavour.Never again 🙁🤢🤮

Rough business

Undercooked rice, horrible taste.
It's been a long time since I've tasted such bad sushi, for $30 to skip your turn, you'll save yourself a loss of money, but above all a stomach ache during your flight.

I got only just 3 small slim batter fried shrimps for 13$ and a small plate of white rice for 5 $. I think the shrimp is very expensive. ..not a welcoming hospitality too
