For an airport, this place is decent. The raman was very good and it can be turned vegetarian by simply not adding fish to the tufo option. The broth is miso and is rather yummy 😋

You have to keep your expectations not to high. It is airport food afterall. The prices are ok, the food is ok, ingredients seem fresh and they don't lack flavor. So I am pretty satisfied
