Maki rolls is what most are familiar with when they hear sushi. Maki is made in rolls and sliced into round bite-size pcs. In a maki roll, the fish, vegetables, or other ingredients are rolled up inside of seaweed (nori) and vinegared rice. yes the ramen and the udon noodles may have been more expensive than their downtown equivalent but these were very well done, with a broth that had a good layering of flavours, served quick and hot. Compared to other places at Pearson I would be pleased to eat here again - actually given the quick and friendly service and the fact that I really enjoyed my meal, I'd be happy to go back even if it were in downtown.
