These guys care about the food they serve. From the cook on the bacon to the way they slice their lettuce, it shows they care about to serving something good. Very reasonably priced for the attention to details.
I’d been craving a good Chopped Cheese since my trip to New York, and Berkeley Cafe absolutely delivered! The sandwich was spot on, and their bagels are a must-try too — simple, fresh, and delicious. The service was excellent, and I loved relaxing on the clean outdoor patio surrounded by trees. Definitely looking forward to coming back!
Let me tell you about how I fell in love with a sandwich. I was skeptical at first. A falafel sandwich? Not a wrap or pita? Yes, sandwich, and one without cheese! But the sauce on this sammie is so creamy, and with a fresh baguette that’s crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, tangy pickles and crisp lettuce, that cheese is an afterthought.

Was this sandwich more expensive than others nearby? Did it take longer? Yeah. But I’d willingly spend a whole...
