Be prepared to wait a little longer than expected and sometimes order details can get forgotten. However, the owner is genuinely friendly; he really went above and beyond for my family. After we received our food, he personally came over to our car, apologized for the delay, and offered us free drinks as a gesture of goodwill. The highlight of the meal was definitely the French fries—they were fire! Despite the wait, the excellent customer service and delicious food make it well worth a visit.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Best in Town Chip Wagon! We had the Italian and German sausages, along with a portion of fresh-cut fries, and everything was delicious. The sausages were perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—just the way they should be! On top of that, the portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very fair. Great quality food at a great price! Friendly service and an overall excellent value make this place a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Would have loved for the Italian Sausage to be hot inside out more and I'm a buns toasted person.
Fresh fries were different. Super crispy on the outside and may have been double fried, not mad about it but trying to determine if I liked the fries with it having some hearty potatoes inside or ... hallow crispy. Tastes great with gravy!!! Hot n fresh which I love!
Toppings you Don't get to add your own, like other stands.
Water super cold, which I loved.
Overall satisfied my craving.
If there was half star reviews ... would do 3.5 or 3.8 :) over alls yummy!

Love this place. Polish seems to be the most popular. I wish they'd bring back the serve yourself condiment shack... Great lunch spot eventhough I don't live anywhere near here. But it's convenient because of parking and lcbo
Vegetarian options: Vegetarians probably just get the fries. Though I don't know what oil they use.

I won’t be going back. I used to come here all the time.
You can’t put on your own condiments. You have to yell out your toppings in front of everyone and then tell him more or less for your quantity. I told him people would prefer to put their own condiments on but he yelled at me saying I’m the only person to say this. Lol
But the reason I won’t be back is that he sent me home with a sausage that was not cooked.

Love this little hidden gem! My favourite is their hot dogs, but their fries are delicious too.
Pretty decent hotdogs but you can’t put your own toppings. Note that he doesn’t have green olives so I bought my own from shoppers. Fries are good too.

Used to come here frequently, however I can confirm the older bald guy consistently treats customers possibly the worst Ive seen. For my first time, I will not come back to a place solely based off of customer service lol. To be honest I’m still shocked someone can treat paying customers so poorly. To clarify , after receiving 3 condescending comments in one visit, I returned another day to see if he was just having a bad day. Nope, he’s just like that, & very rude.
After conversations with construction workers in the area, apparently they too have had similar experiences with this man , for example, him asking them “where is my tip” and being demeaning.
