The place looks super aesthetic, but once you actually sit down on the furniture, you realize that it’s all fake, just about as fake as the customer service.
The coffee is decent, but it seems like they poured all their money into ripping off some postmodern IKEA jazz club vibe. You’d think that the giant orange couch in the café was comfortable, but it literally feels like cardboard.
I’ve gone here two days in a row now, because I’m here for a work event. The woman working at the café acts like she literally HATES her job, she has no smiles as if she’s filled with rage. I said thank you to her, and she just ignored me. One of the most rude barista I’ve ever met in my life. Horrible or customer service.

One of the big booths (can seat 6) and one of the small study pods (seats 2) were unavailable due to the “staff only” sign placed on both tables. There are three baristas working, why do they need to block 2 tables that can seat 8 customers??? Not to mention, the tables weren’t even being used since the baristas are working lol. And I’m sure not all three will go on break at the same time. Very odd and frustrating. I won’t be back.
everything was perfect! I’m not a coffee person but their cappuccino was something else, and the Veggie sandwich was chefs kiss 😚🤌

The contrast between how beautiful this space is and its inability to provide basic Wi-Fi or bathrooms is confusing.
Offering simple bathroom access and Wi-Fi should be a basic part of the exchange for paying customers.
Whenever I come here, I end up using my phone’s hotspot and walking across the street to the A&W to use the bathroom. They advertise a Wifi Network that doesn’t exist? And their bathroom key disappears for hours at a time. No help from the staff.
The space is so nice that I still consider coming back.

Bevy Cafe at The Combine is honestly one of the most special spots in the city. The staff are incredible, genuinely warm and welcoming, and they always remember your order like you’re family. Every visit feels personal and their energy sets the perfect vibe whether you’re stopping in to work, chill, or catch up with friends.
The drinks are incredible. Every drink tastes like it was made with extra attention and love. Between the atmosphere, the music, and the people, it’s easily one of the coziest and most inviting spots in Toronto.

A cute space for co working but the chai latte was not good and the volume of the music made it difficult to get any work done since I have seen this place advertised as a co working space. Also about 1/2 of the seat were marked staff only which was frustrating.

Take two stars off cuz the music is wayyyyyy too loud. Coffee is okay, has a slight burnt taste. Love the deco and environment. Plenty of seats yet always full with people.

There are small box spaces for calling inside of the cafe (I use for online meetings)

A hidden gem cafe that seems to have been hidden only from me as the cafe is always packed haha
It’s quite spacious and makes a perfect work-friendly space.
I tried houjicha latte and matcha latte.
I wouldn’t say they are the best I’ve had, and would’ve preferred them a bit stronger.
They are decent drinks.

I am not sure who owns this place but everyone who works here seem like they don't care about the customers. This guy who is making the flat white for me took ages. They talk to each other, play while the we the customers are starting in a line waiting crazy

Nothing was too special. Small drinks and seats were mostly taken when I went!

First time being here. I ordered a macchiato and it came with great latte art. However the coffee tasted a bit bitter and dark for my taste. staff is friendly and it’s a nice space to work.

Excellent drinks and a fantastic atmosphere—great for getting work done or catching up with friends. I usually stop in for an afternoon Ube Latte, which is delicious and definitely the standout. The standard coffee drinks and pastries are solid, though not the best in the area. I’d recommend it if you’re nearby, but I wouldn’t go out of my way unless it’s for that Ube Latte.

Really great cafe that kind of looks like a coworking space. Great place to work and drink coffee. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom situation. Only 1 key for one person at a time. Very friendly service!!
