I went there before the Leafs game yesterday. It was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious, I did the fixed menu with the onion soup, risotto, and creme brulee. It had an upscale vibe but it was very inviting and a lot of other Leafs fans were there, they offer a game day special. Definitely check out if you’re visiting the area.

Pleasant staff. Appetizers are great. Their frog is a bit too watery, but the steak was very good.
High style, great room, very good service. Oddly, though it was a slick stylish, downtown lounge/restaurant, staff were wearing jeans and the mgr./maître’d jeans and a casual sweater.
Food was very good, a bit pricey.
Very enjoyable visit overall. Would happily go back or recommend it to friends.

Overall it was a bit disappointing considering the price range.
The steaks are a bit overcooked for the types ordered. The duck was a bit too chewy.
The service was slow and the servers weren't very accommodating but they were still attentive.
Atmosphere was a bit loud and the music was alright.

Went here for a company party a couple years ago, and thought the food was great at the time. Took my sister here today for a nice dinner, and the food was just as good as I remembered. I enjoyed every dish we ordered.

Four of us came in for dinner prior to a concert. Atmosphere was lovely and our server was very attentive and Provo us with a back story on the name. We all chose the Biffs pre set menu and everything was excellent. Onion soup was one of the best I have had. Would recommend.

Food was excellent, ambience is great. Came here for my brothers birthday. Bad review due to our server. He was an older gentleman that made a comment to one of us at the end of our dinner. Through off the whole vibe. Was very strange. When spending almost 1k on a dinner you should expect better service.

A cozy and warm place with a special atmosphere. We ordered onion soup which was amazingly delicious. In addition, the steak was also excellent and tasty. The service was wonderful. Highly recommend for meat lovers.

My partner and I visited Biff's for an early dinner. We were seated by the window in a somewhat quiet. Our servers were knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. We both started with a glass of prosecco and the Caesar Salad, which was delicious. To me it is a great indication of attention to detail if a restaurant offers a unique Cesar salad that is true to its origin. So definitely order this salad.
My partner had the Coq au vin which he enjoyed. I had the "Normandy" apple-braised pork ribs which are only offered on Leaf's Game Nights. I like to order a dish that I do not prepare at home, and ribs fits this bill. The portion was very generous - served with braised brussels sprouts and crispy fries. Delicious.
We finished with the dark chocolate brownie (hazelnut, Caramel sauce, a scoop of vanilla ice cream) and berry sorbet.
Perhaps the greatest surprise was that we arrived during the Happy Hour and were able to snag a wonderful bottle of Tunuta Cocci Grifoni Pecorino "Tara" at half price. We did not finish the bottle (we'd already had prosecco), so our server happily re-corked the bottle and we carried it home to enjoy the next evening....
All in all, a wonderful meal. The severs and sommelier were super.

This was my first visit to Biffs and I have to say I was impressed. We had a private dinner with a set menu so I can't comment on price, but the three courses I had were very good. I started with the liver pate which was delicious and then had steak frites as my main. The steak was cooked perfectly and had a very good flavour. Finally, I finished with the Basque cheesecake, which was very good, although I didn't think it needed the fresh fruit additions - Basque cheesecake is perfectly good on its own. I do need to mention the service, which was exceptional. I'll definitely consider coming back in future. Pro tip: try to book after 6 so that you can take advantage of the on-street parking right outside.

The onion soup was a bit too salty and the service was average.
We had to wait a long time for our food to arrive, and even longer for the waiter to refill our water glasses. However, as soon as we finished our meal, the waiter immediately handed us the bill, almost implying that we should leave. It felt a bit rushed and left a less than pleasant impression.
