The duck was outstanding. The sauce, parsnips and cabbage that accompanied the duck enhanced the duck flavour beautifully. The Biff's Cabernet franc made by Cave Spring was the perfect wine to enhance the dish's flavours.

We celebrated my birthday on New Year’s Eve at Biff’s Bistro and had a fantastic experience.

The NYE prix fixe was excellent for the variety offered. We ordered the steak tartare and scallops to start, added escargot, followed by bœuf bourguignon and cod, and finished with cheesecake and crème brûlée — every dish was well executed, classic French bistro cooking, and perfectly paced.

Went to Biffs on a Saturday night during the Christmas holiday season. At this time a year I recommend a reservation as it’s popular (and fabulous) so that way you won’t be disappointed.

Firstly the atmosphere is amazing.

Menu-top notch (the fixed price steak meal was exceptional value). All food was beautifully presented, flavourful and portion size to quality is well matched.
