The pizza here is truly amazing. Their customer service, cleanliness and effort put into each order is also phenomenal. Zabi is normally who I encounter when I buy from this restaurant and he is absolutely professional, kind and dedicated to his craft. My only complaint is that for a gourmet pizza spot, I feel the quality of their ingredients can improve a bit but it’s overall a great spot.

Disappointing Experience!

I recently ordered a gourmet pizza from here on August 3rd, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Here’s why:

Pizza Quality: The pizza arrived with overcooked, rock-hard dough. Despite paying for three extra toppings, there were hardly any visible toppings. The thin tomato sauce lacked flavour, leaving me with what felt like an overcooked piece of bread.

Customer Service Failures:
After calling to complain about the poor quality, they promised to send a replacement pizza with “fresh ingredients” within 40 minutes. However, two hours later, no pizza arrived.
When I called again, they confirmed my address, but it turned out they had sent the replacement pizza to the wrong location!
Requesting a refund, I was assured the manager would call me back. Unfortunately, no one reached out, even after I sent an email to their management address.

Lack of Courtesy: It’s disappointing that they haven't responded to my concerns. As a customer, I expect at least a courtesy reply when I’ve had such a negative experience.

I won’t be ordering from here again. Their poor customer service and subpar food quality are unacceptable. ?‍♂️
