Worst pizza place ever!! Will never order from them again. I feel so sad because I feel like i wasted my hard earned money and it was such a rip off. Complete garbage. Threw all of it out because it looked inedible and stale. I paid extra for toppings and even gave the driver a big tip. The pizzas were horrible. The ingredients did not taste fresh and the pizzas looked like they had been sitting out for a while. I asked for pesto sauce instead of tomato sauce, I don't even know if they put the pesto from so much dried herbs on it. This really is the worst pizza I've ever had. I ordered bubbly water because my husband and son don't drink pop and I got all kinds of pop instead. Suffice to say, this place will be a hard pass for us next time.

I’ve been in the area over a decade now I used to love the old pizza spot here, I’ve never been to big brothers since it opened but my toddler was hungry and heard good things so I decided to try it out. After raving reviews when I walked in I thought it would have been a warm welcome instead I felt uncomfortable by the lack of customer service. I got my daughter a slice and asked if they have vegan slices? He said no. I said what about a vegan panzerotti with vegan cheese? He said we don’t have vegan cheese I told him it says you do on the menu and he says no. We don’t have. I ask is there anything that I can eat that is vegan I am so hungry? He says no, no vegan. The whole conversation was quite rude and I felt like I was bothering him..

So we placed an order from here on Too Good To Go, the pickup experience wasn't nice, the staff was extremely unfriendly, the quantity we got is almost half of what you get at Pizza Pizza, taste was normal, he refused to give us ketchup saying they don't have ketchup (surprising for a pizza shop). On top of that, we wanted to dine in there but the shop smells like washroom for some reason. Not recommended.

We order two pizzas, butter chicken pizza and creamy chicken pizza. Ingredients listed indicated "baked chicken". But both of them had NO CHICKEN whatsoever. we were charged just fine. The taste was not what we expected. Very disappointed.
I really REALLY wanted this to be good. And I was hesitant to leave a review to begin with, because I feel for small businesses. But if you’re going to charge me $30 for a medium pizza! Make sure I’m getting premium ingredients for a premium price! I’d even be okay with spending that on a small pizza, if it meant that I was getting top notch quality. The tomato sauce tasted like no frills no name brand sauce, the parmigiana cheese tasted like Kraft shake cheese, the doe smells like it was sitting in an old wooden cupboard for a day! I love Chicago deep dish pizza, and in Toronto - there’s very limited options for this style. I travelled across the city to try these guys out, and now I don’t even want to finish the rest of this pizza. I only ate 2 slices, of an 8 slice pizza, and I’m willing to cut my loses on the other $22.50 ($30/8= $3.75/slice x2 slices = $7.50).I say this constructively to the owner and or manager. Spend a little money on your ingredients, and people will be happy to spend their money with you. But after my experience tonight, this will be the last $30 I spend with you.- I wish you well
