I called back and then she said the hole is absolutely normal. It’s from supplier. And that’s how it ended. This is the best food I’ve had in Toronto. For something quick on Ubereats the quality of food you get for $20 is insane. The chicken was so juicy and the fries are so good and salted to perfection! And the gravy, if you like gravy you must get it with your meal.
My only regret ordering this was not getting more gravy😅 Highly recommend to anyone looking for good chicken at a good price! Thanks birdies❤️

Quality diminished big time than before. Previously they used to give one small piece on top of the big chicken patty. Now there is no small piece on top. And the main patty is smaller than before and has more chicken skins than before.
I know the skin, dark meat, chicken fat, their good marination & seasonings are what makes the patty taste so delicious. But nowadays, that quality is gone.
If the quality and quantity both are decreased, why not the price?

The best fried chicken sandwich I have ever tasted. (And I grew up in the American south where we take serious pride in our fried chicken.) Birdies instantly became a new family favourite because of flavour, taste, and service. What a fantastic addition to the neighbourhood.
One of the best fried child chicken burgers in town!!!! Tried Nashville fired burger which was full of flavors and spices loved it!! And shout out to their employee on the front counter she is really sweet:)
