I was really underwhelmed by the experience. We were effectively in the lobby of a hotel/residence. It appeared that we were waited upon by cleaning staff, but certainly not people trained/experienced in waiting tables at a modestly expensive restaurant and the commensurate tips. I think at best this space works as a bistro, with a price point 25-33% below current.

The service was okay but could have been better. Food was horrible and way overpriced. They should have asked how you want your stake cooked not everyone enjoys eating pink steak.

Christmas dinner was disappointing. It was a prix-fixe menu with no choices other than beef or turkey dinner. The turkey was dry with a layer of mushy stuffing. Soup, salad and dessert were fine but not exciting.
We arrived for a business lunch at 12:15. When we arrived, we were told that there was no lunch menu available that day. Instead, only a hot-table buffet was available for $20 a person. While the hot-table buffet seemed fine, it was not what was advertised. The buffet was what I would expect at a training session, not appropriate for a sit-down lunch. So our group of 5 had to try to find another place to have lunch on a Thursday afternoon in the downtown core - exactly when 90% of the office workers downtown are trying to do the exact same thing. Disappointed, we could not try the menu and I was not informed before we arrived that there was no lunch menu available. So, be careful if you make a reservation here.

Arrived a bit early and were seated right away, served with ice water and bread basket while looking over menu. Very good variety of choices. Food was enjoyed by all. Service was right on. Seemed to anticipate our needs. The restaurant has a quiet setting so you can have a normal conversation with others. It was a very good experience all around.
