Started eating at the Bistro in the 80's. For those of you who don't know it is the origin of St. Louis Wing Franchise. Named after the owner of the Bistro. That wonderful dipping sauce was originally their salad dressing. If you want to enjoy some of Toronto wing history, and still the best wings in the city. Come to the Bistro.

I had the Mexican ribs sauce was the same as I remember it from eons agoit was just ok, not earth-shattering. With the salad and pickles and olives and Garlic bread.

It is a great place to come and eat. Whether it is to watch some sports, chill with your friends, or just come by yourself. I would say the atmosphere is ‘down home’ comfortable. Not stuffy, not snooty. Just a good space to be in. ???
Kid-friendliness: Down home place to eat. The kids (or adults) don’t need to be dressed to the 9s to be here. Just comfortable

Just discovered this little gem, which I was told was previously lower down on Avenue Road. Good bang for your buck with such attentive staff that you never have to keep looking over your shoulder. Abundance of parking.

Parking: There are some free parking spots for small cars on the north side of the building. Also metered parking in Avenue Road.
