We booked the gold room, very expensive for the experience. Booking was confused and we waited in lobby for a while. Washrooms were an experience as well with a guy standing there watching which stall you chose with a toilet brush in hand. Lol. Not sure if the steaks is worth the hype, definitely overpaid for the experience of dining 11 people in the gold room. Just book the main restaurant if you chose to go.
I chose the more expensive dining package but I was disappointed to the seafood platter size (for the cost) you can go elsewhere and you literally get double or thrice with towers of food.

Had a truly great experience here for our anniversary. The food was great, amazing steaks, and highly reccomend the brussel sprouts as a side. What was best though was our server Elsie. She was very attentive, happy to explain and offer the best options for everything, and really made our anniversary extra special, saw she gave the same impeccable service for the tables around us as well. There was service at every step of the way and everyone we encountered was very kind. Elsie even offered to take pictures for us when she saw us taking pictures of eachother which we appreciated. Highly reccomend for special occasions as they will strive to make sure it is in fact special.

My kids can not stop raving about the dinner we had the night of the Lainey Wilson concert!! We arrived 30 min early and the staff was very accommodating . We had to wait for 10 min , but Jessie brought drinks for my kids and even adult beverages for me and my wife to enjoy while we waited. And the food was absolutely incredible! I cant bring my kids anywhere else now lol Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful experience!

I had an amazing experience at Black & Blue! The ambiance is upscale and stylish, perfect for a special evening. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The cocktails were excellent, and the dessert menu perfectly finished the night. Definitely one of the best steakhouses in Toronto. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Very nice spot overall. Came twice this weekend to snack and drink during the day time to chill on the patio. Barman is great, everyone's nice, food is good. A level up compared all places nearby, especially if you consider happy hours during the day. Highly recommend.

Absolutely magnificent. While the Auatralwagyu and our entire meal was cooked and plated to perfection, our Server Kal transformed this dinner into an outstanding and unforgettable experience with his attentiveness and storytelling. Honestly, this was one of the best meals I have had by far. If I could rate this steakhouse higher, I would. Every hospitality establishment needs a gem like Kal to create these beautiful dining and guest experiences!
