I would rate our experience overall as good, but overall nothing exciting. We came for the winterlicious menu. The sushi was delicious and very fresh. I ordered the carpaccio, although they didn’t have it so it was substituted with steak tartar. The tartar was very flavourful and bright but unfortunately some pieces were not cut nicely and very stringy. We had the sticky toffee pudding and the buttercake for dessert. They were incredible and the best thing we had that evening. We each had the surf and turf for our mains. The steak had a nice sear on them, but they were tough to cut, and sadly half of my steak was fat. Our service felt a bit rushed and with very little explanation of any of the menus. I’m not sure if that’s because we came for winterlicious or if it usually is like this. Maybe our experience would have been different if we ordered off the regular menu.

Was recently here for a date night. Be prepared to spend BUT know the food will be worth every penny. The Wagyu is unreal and we shared a bunch of entrees with every bite being incredible. We will be back to celebrate our next special occasion. Thank you!

An overpriced steakhouse with very misleading service.
First, we ordered cocktails and we’re up charged six dollars for blue cheese olives in already expensive martinis. No mention of the up charge, of course.
Then, we were told that they sold out of all ribeye steaks on a Saturday night and then bait and switched on types of steak. The most frustrating thing is the waiter lied as to the quoted price of the replacement steak at the time we got the bill.
We spoke to the manager afterwards and they said they would make an accommodation and get back to us but, of course, they did not.
Unless you want to be ripped off, I would avoid this place at all costs.
