Took my out of town guests to their Kensington shop and they were so incredibly gracious and kind. They found out they were contestants of the Great Canadian Baking Show and treated them to a bakes good of their choice after we purchased some baked goods to take home. Thank you so much to Bonnie and Annika for the wonderful and warm welcome to my visitors from Vancouver and Quebec.

Delicious croissants. Almost feels out of place with how polished and beautiful the inside is. There's a shelf to nibble anything you order right away. The place smells like freshly baked bread which is very lovely. Staff were cheery and helpful. Definitely coming back to try more things.

New to the area, we were looking for a bakery that had something special. We tried the apple galette, absolutely delicious! Crisp on the edges, sweet and moist in the middle, the apples - yumm!! Thanks for a tasty and satisfying treat.

The items taste great if not a little expensive - but that’s to be expected of the Kensington area. Employees are mostly friendly and everything is baked in-house! The cannelé and chocolate corks are fan faves but their strawberry vanilla danishes are also killer.

Baguette crust is incredibly hard, literally ruins sandwiches hard enough to cut the roof of your mouth. Just awful

My partner and I are a fan of the miche and ciabatta loaf but their breads in general are unmatched in the city. Not to mention the decadent array of pastries!
Also the nicest people working there, always enjoy paying g a visit!

Definitely lived up to the hype. Their baguettes are wonderful. So fresh and flaky, probably the best baguette I’ve had outside of France.

I visited this bakery earlier today. Their sourdough bread is good (not the best I’ve had but still good). However, their focaccia is the absolute worst I’ve ever had. It was greasy and EXTREMELY salty. I tasted a tiny bit of it and dumped the rest in the garbage. It was so bad I just started laughing hysterically 😂 I wonder if I just unluckily got a bad batch or if they always make it like this .. in which case YIKES.
Get the sourdough bread and stay away from the so called “focaccia”
