I wish the bread isn't always burnt. I love the middle, so I end up cutting most of the crust off, which is a waste.
Other bread companies include nutritional information, but this isn't available on BB's website or packaging.
The staff in the bakery are rude. If you ask a question, they roll their eyes.

Took my out of town guests to their Kensington shop and they were so incredibly gracious and kind. They found out they were contestants of the Great Canadian Baking Show and treated them to a bakes good of their choice after we purchased some baked goods to take home. Thank you so much to Bonnie and Annika for the wonderful and warm welcome to my visitors from Vancouver and Quebec.

Their bread is perfect for whatever you fancy at the moment. I've had it for charcuterie boards, sandwiches, toasts... and they always end up tasting great.
