Criminally delicious. I want to both love and hate this bakery hahaha... it’s TOO GOOD! My favourites are their butter or chocolate croissants, cinnamon rolls and the savoury scallion miso. My partner loves their Kensington loaf. Be prepared to fall in love with this bakery :)

Great options if you’re booking for bread, lunch or a snack! I’ve tried a few things like the regular sourdough loaf, the toastie and the chocolate almond croissant. My only complaint would be that one of my toasties was heated up perfectly and then the next week when I got one and unwrapped it at home the cheese wasn’t even melted after they “heated it up”, but that won’t stop me from returning!

Great bakery chain. They always sell out of the food stuff early though. Wish they had seating to stay.

The whipped cheese dip with chillies is out of this world. As a matter of fact, it’s my fav dip in the world, trust me and go buy one.

Absolutely delicious. Everything looked fresh and delicious the bread was beautiful and displayed in mountains. There’s no seating available inside.

Original review: They did not offer to heat up my sandwich

Updated review following reply: What I am saying is that for the price point of the gourmet sandwich they should have asked me if I would like to heat it up, inform me that it was an option. This is something basic that even Starbucks does.

Always amazing bread and baguettes. Restaurant quality as they also provide their breads to several excellent restaurants in the Toronto area. Do not sleep on their seasonal pastries and sandwiches. Always fresh and flavorful. Just tried their miso scallion roll pastry - excellent breakfast treat.

Over all this is an amazing bakery and every pastry I’ve had here has been amazing across all locations. The only thing I wasn’t too pleased with was that the staff member who was helping me didn’t seem to know what one of the items was. I asked her what the chocolate cork was and she said ‘it’s chocolate with chocolate’. I wasn’t sure if she meant like literally chocolate or if it was some type of chocolate cake or pastry so I asked her if it was something like that. Her reply was ‘it’s chocolate and chocolate’. I asked it another way and got the same reply. I’m not sure if she was just not knowledgeable about the products or what it was but even aside from this part of the interaction she was a bit rude. The other girl who grabbed my pastries initially was super nice at least.

I complained about a sandwich that was not up to par and was given a wonderful one free of charge. Wonderful customer service. Jo

Nice selection of viennoiserie! Nice to be able to walk in and see the bakeshop through glass window. Not a sit down place , but we appreciate the stools, drip coffee and side table to be able to have our treats before going home.
